Roofing marketing agency
Roofing marketing for multi-crew roofing, window and siding companies
We help roofing, window and siding companies with several crews book more in-home estimates for the jobs they want, from Google search, Google Maps, paid search and AI answers. Every call and form is tracked back to its source and, where your CRM records it, to the estimate and the signed job. Our portfolio includes roofing, window and remodeling companies in the USA and Canada.
Why roofing
What roofing marketing has to get right
Roofs, windows and siding are large jobs, sold in the home and often weeks after the first call. Marketing for roofing companies works when it brings homeowners who are ready for an estimate, in the towns your crews cover, and shows which of them signed.
Long sales cycles and in-home estimates
A roof or a set of windows is usually sold after an inspection and a quote at the kitchen table, and the homeowner often asks more than one company. We plan the pages and the ads for the questions people ask before they let someone in: what it costs, how financing works, what the warranty covers and how long the job takes.
Counted in estimates and sold jobs
Every call and form carries its source. Where your CRM records the estimate and the signed contract, the report shows which sources booked estimates and which of those became sold jobs, even when the contract comes weeks later. Rankings and visits are in the report too, under the estimates and jobs.
Built for companies with several crews
We work best with roofing, window and siding companies that run two or more crews or more than one location. The plan covers each town your crews serve and the Business Profile of each location.
The problem
When the calendar empties between storms
A hail or wind storm can fill the schedule for weeks. The months in between are harder to fill, and your sales team drives out to estimates without knowing which marketing sent them.
Signs your roofing marketing needs work
Busy after storms, quiet in between
Calls pile up after bad weather, and nothing steady fills the calendar in the months without it.
Leads shared with other contractors
Bought leads often reach several companies at once, so the homeowner hears three pitches and the job goes to whoever quotes lowest.
Estimates that never sign
Your team drives out for small repairs, homes outside your area and homeowners who are only collecting prices.
Another roofer above you on the map
Homeowners nearby see a company with more reviews or a fuller profile before they see yours.
No idea which leads became signed jobs
Leads come from the website, Google Maps, ads, lead services and yard signs, and no one can say which of them turned into signed contracts.
What we do
Our roofing and window marketing services
We choose the mix with you, from the jobs you want, the towns your crews serve and your budget. Each service has its own page with the details.
SEO for roofers
A service page for each job you want more of, such as roof replacement, storm damage repair, window replacement and siding, and an area page for each town your crews serve. Each page answers what homeowners ask before they book an estimate: cost, financing, warranty and how long the job takes.
Google Maps and Business Profile
A complete Business Profile for each location, with the right roofing, window and siding categories, services, project photos and hours, run together with your SEO so the map and the website tell Google the same thing.
Google Ads for roofers
Search campaigns for roof replacement, windows and siding, measured on estimates booked and jobs sold, with searches for small repairs or other trades kept out when they don’t pay. The ad account is yours, and you pay Google directly.
Local Services Ads
Google’s pay-per-lead ads with the Google Verified badge, with only the job types and towns you want switched on, where Google offers them for your trade, and a rating on every lead.
Reviews
A review request after every finished job and a reply on Google and the other review sites we look after, so the rating homeowners see next to your name keeps up with your work.
Websites for roofers
A fast site that works on any phone, with your number on every screen and your project photos, warranties and manufacturer certifications, such as GAF’s, where homeowners compare quotes. It sends every form with its source, and every call too where our call tracking runs alongside. The site, the domain and the logins are yours.
Call tracking and sold jobs
A tracked number for each source. Where your CRM can take new leads, each call and form goes in with its source, so the report shows which leads booked an estimate and which became a signed job.
Past customers and referrals
Emails that bring past customers back and a referral program with its own reward and page, so the homes you have already worked on lead to the next job.
AI answers
When a homeowner asks Google’s AI answers or ChatGPT for a roofer or a window company nearby, we work to have your company named, using your site, your profile and your reviews.
Process
How we start with a roofing or window company
-
Discovery
We start with the jobs you want more of, the towns your crews cover, how many estimates your sales team can run in a week, your close rate and average job, and the marketing and accounts you have today.
-
Read what brings calls today
For each page of your site and each source, we look at the main search it shows up for and the calls and forms it brings. Where your records show estimates and signed jobs, we add them.
-
Fix the base
We give each source its own tracked number, complete the Business Profile of each location, and add or rewrite the pages for your biggest jobs and the area pages for your towns.
-
Run and tune
We run the services we agreed on and check them every week: new search terms, lead ratings, missed calls and the pages people land on. Searches that never book an estimate are taken out of the ads.
-
Report every month
Each month you see estimates booked by source for each location, the jobs sold where your CRM records them, and what changed.
Reporting
What your monthly report shows
Each month you get a report for every location: estimates booked by source and, where your CRM records the signed contract, the jobs sold from them. A roof quoted in one month often signs in the next, and the job still counts for the source that brought the homeowner. No one can guarantee a number of estimates or the top spot on the map. What we promise is the work, done well, and an honest report on whether it's paying off.

What changed
- The roof replacement page went live in August, and estimates from Google search for roof replacement rose from 4 to 7 a month.
- Three calls asked about gutter cleaning, a job the company doesn't do, so those searches are now out of the ads.

Big brands, multiple stakeholders and approvals

“While I was Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Canada, Roman and I worked together on the Mondelez account. Roman showed technical expertise in SEO while understanding the marketing goals of the campaign. Most importantly, he demonstrated the ability to deliver results while working on a project with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders. If you have an SEO-related project, I would highly recommend them.”
More from our clients
A very professional and dedicated company! Roman and his staff is exceptional and always willing to help and optimize the service provided.
I needed to create a website for my project, but I didn’t think it would be so difficult to find someone who would provide good service. Roman's team, however, did an excellent job and was right on schedule. Our website is now even better than I had hoped to see. Their work was outstanding!
Hire them to help with the website and YouTube Promotion. After years of working with "music promoters" they were a breath of fresh air. Finally our subscribers started to grow and we could see actual effect of marketing, not just paid views.
FAQ
Questions roofing and window company owners ask about marketing
Which roofing and window companies do you work with?
Roofing, window, siding and exterior remodeling companies in the USA and Canada that run two or more crews or more than one location. Our plans are built for companies that size. If you run one crew, a complete Google Business Profile and a steady flow of reviews are usually the best place to start, and you can do both yourself. Our home services marketing page covers the other local trades we work with.
Have you worked with roofing and window companies before?
Yes. We built Right Way Roofing Toronto’s website and launched it in 7 days, then ran its Google Ads. We ran Google Ads for window and door replacement for Falcon Windows, and built Window Replace GTA’s website in 4 weeks. For Victory Home Remodeling, a roofing, siding and windows company in the USA, we worked on the website and SEO; its entry shows 23% more search visits from people who did not search for the company by name. All four are in our home services portfolio, and we work with home service companies in the USA and Canada.
How do you count results when a job takes weeks to sell?
We count the estimate when it is booked and the job when the contract is signed. Each call and form carries its source from the first contact, so a homeowner who calls in June and signs in August still counts for the source that brought them. Where your CRM records the estimate and the contract, the monthly report shows estimates booked and jobs sold by source, and what a sold job costs from each paid source.
We buy roofing leads from Angi or HomeAdvisor. Should we keep them?
Keep whatever books estimates and sells jobs at a cost that works for you. We put the leads you buy on the same monthly report as every other source, with the estimates and jobs they became where your CRM records them, so you can compare what a sold job costs from each one and decide.
Can you bring in more work after a hail or wind storm?
Yes, up to what your crews can take on. Storm damage pages for your towns are written before the season, so they are ready when people search. After a storm, we raise the Google Ads budget for inspection and repair searches in the towns that were hit, and lower it again when your schedule is full. Local Services Ads have a weekly budget today; Google is moving accounts into Google Ads in stages through 2027, and once yours moves, the budget becomes a daily average, which we raise and lower the same way. Our Google Ads management page explains how we run the campaigns.
How soon will we see more estimates?
Google Ads and Local Services Ads can bring estimate requests in the first weeks once the accounts are set up. Google Maps and SEO build over several months. Your monthly report shows calls and forms by source from the first month, and estimates and sold jobs where your CRM records them, so a job that takes weeks to sign shows up in the month it signs.
Who owns the accounts, the website and the logins?
You do. The ad accounts are in your company’s name, and you pay Google directly. The website, the domain and the logins are yours, and the call tracking, forms and reports stay yours if we part ways.
Is there a long contract?
No. There is no minimum term, and either side can stop with 14 days’ notice. For SEO and AI answers we recommend giving the work 4 to 6 months before judging the results.
What does roofing marketing cost?
Our monthly fee starts at $3,500 (USD), and the exact fee depends on the services, the number of locations and the towns you cover. Ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly, with no markup. Our pricing page explains how we price our work. To start, send us your website through the online presence check on this page.
