How soon will you reply?
Within one business day, by email. If your request comes in on a weekend or a holiday, the reply comes on the next business day.
Is the call a sales pitch?
It’s a conversation about your business: where your customers come from, what you’ve tried and what you want more of. If what you need isn’t something we do well, we tell you on the call.
Do you work with businesses like mine?
We have worked with businesses in 25 industries, in the USA, Canada and elsewhere, from a single location to groups with many. Our industry pages describe our work for senior living operators, clinics and healthcare practices, and home service companies. In senior living, our programs are built for operators with five or more communities; if you run fewer, the free audit includes a one-page snapshot of your main community.
What does it cost?
We quote once we know your services, locations and goals, usually after the first call. The call itself is free, and ad spend, if any, is paid by you directly to Google or Microsoft. Our pricing page explains what the fee covers and what you pay separately.
