ED and TRT clinic marketing

Men's health clinic marketing for ED, low T and hair loss clinics

We market men's health clinic groups and their telehealth programs in Google search, Google Maps, Google Ads and AI answers, within Google's health ad rules. Every call and form is tracked to its source, so you see new patient requests and what they cost at each location, with no patient details in Google Ads or analytics.

Why men's health

What men's health clinic marketing has to get right

Men’s health marketing works when it brings new patients every month, keeps the ads inside Google’s health rules and shows what each new patient costs at each location.

A steady flow of new patients

When a course of care ends, so does the revenue from that patient, so each month’s sales depend on new patients finding the clinic. We plan the work around the treatments and locations you want to fill, for clinic groups with three or more locations or a telehealth program, and the report counts new patient requests by source.

Google Ads within the health rules

A clinic that sees patients in person can advertise its services on Google Search, within Google’s healthcare and medicines policy. Prescription drug names are restricted in ads, keywords and landing pages, and telehealth that prescribes needs LegitScript and Google certification first. Google counts sexual health as a sensitive category, so these ads can’t use remarketing lists or customer lists. Our article on Google Ads rules for clinics has the details.

Search and AI answers where ads stop

Where ads are limited, a clear page for each treatment and location, a complete Business Profile and the reviews patients leave do more of the work. For Oakwood Health Network, a men’s health clinic network with 4 Ontario locations, SEO brought in 40% of the network’s revenue.

The problem

When the ads cost more and new patients don't follow

A men’s health clinic pays for every new patient, across several locations and several channels. When the bills grow and the bookings don’t, it is hard to tell which source brought the patients who came in.

Signs your clinic's marketing needs work

Ads disapproved, or an account suspended

Google flagged a drug name, a landing page or a claim, and no one is sure which one caused it or how to fix it.

All your treatments on one page

ED, low testosterone and hair loss patients all land on the same page, and it names treatments Google won’t let an ad point to.

Another clinic above you on the map

Men searching nearby see a clinic with more reviews or a fuller profile before they see yours.

Calls no one can trace

The phone rings, but no one can say which calls came from ads, search or the map, or what a new patient cost.

A telehealth program with no plan

Patients in other towns ask for online visits, and the marketing still covers only the clinics.

What we do

Our men's health clinic marketing services

We choose the mix with you, from the treatments you want to grow, the locations you run and your budget. Each service has its own page with the details.

Process

How we start with a men's health clinic group

  1. Discovery

We start with the treatments you want to grow, your locations and the areas they serve, any telehealth program, how your front desk books new patients, and the marketing and accounts you have today.

  2. Read what brings new patients today

For each page of your site and each source, we look at the main search it shows up for and the new patient requests it brings, and we read any disapprovals in your ad account.

  3. Fix the base

We give each source its own tracked number, complete each location’s Business Profile, move ads to pages free of restricted drug names, check that every form keeps patient details off the website, and add or rewrite the pages for your main treatments and locations.

  4. Run and tune

We run the services we agreed on and check them every week: new search terms, disapprovals, missed calls and the pages people land on. Searches that never lead to a visit, such as job searches and pill shopping, are taken out of the ads.

  5. Report every month

Each month you see, for every location, new patient requests by source and by treatment, what each request from ads cost and what changed.

Reporting

What your monthly report shows

Each month you get a report for every location: new patient requests by source and by treatment, what each request from ads cost, with no patient names, and what changed. No one can guarantee a number of new patients or the top spot on the map. What we promise is the work, done well, and an honest report on whether it's paying off.

FAQ

Questions clinic owners ask about men's health clinic marketing

Which men's health clinics do you work with?

Men’s health clinic groups in the USA and Canada with three or more locations or a telehealth program, treating ED, low testosterone, hair loss and similar care. Our plans are built for clinics that size. If you run a single clinic, a complete Google Business Profile, accurate listings and a clear page for each treatment are a good place to start, and you can do all three yourself. Our healthcare marketing page covers the other clinics and practices we work with.

Have you worked with men's health clinics before?

Yes. For Oakwood Health Network, a men’s health clinic network with 4 Ontario locations that treated erectile dysfunction, we built the website, ran Google Ads by location, wrote the medical content and set up the CRM that received new patient inquiries. In the first year, sales grew by 200%, and SEO brought in 40% of the network’s revenue. We also made its two clinic videos, shown on this page, and Jennifer Lowthian, its CEO, talks about working with us in her video review.

Can an ED or testosterone clinic advertise on Google?

Yes, within Google’s healthcare and medicines policy. A clinic that sees patients in person can advertise its services on Google Search. Prescription drug names are restricted in ads, keywords and landing pages, so the ads describe the care, not the drug. In the US and Canada, telehealth services that prescribe need LegitScript certification and Google’s own certification before they can advertise. Ads for prescription ED drugs themselves are allowed only in limited cases: on the Display Network and YouTube, for approved drug makers, online pharmacies and telehealth providers in the US, Canada and New Zealand, shown to adults only. Our article on Google Ads rules for clinics explains the rules, and our healthcare Google Ads page shows how we run the campaigns.

Our ads were disapproved, or our account was suspended. Can you help?

Yes. A disapproved ad is fixed by removing the flagged wording or changing its landing page, and sent for review again. We appeal only when we can show the flag is wrong. A suspended account needs the cause found and fixed in the ads and on the site before an appeal, and Google decides whether to reinstate it. For clinics with several locations, the presence check can include a read-only review of the account and its disapprovals.

Can you remarket to men who visited our website?

No. Google counts sexual health as a sensitive health category, so ads about it can’t use remarketing lists, Customer Match or lookalike audiences. On top of that, we don’t target by age, gender or income, and we never upload patient lists. Campaigns are aimed at your locations and at what people search for.

What will you write about ED, low testosterone and hair loss?

Pages that explain each treatment plainly: who it is for, what a first visit involves and how to book, with no promise of an outcome and no claim your clinic can’t support. Pages that ads link to leave out prescription drug names, as Google’s policy requires. Where your licensing board or college sets rules for what clinics publish, its rules come first. Your clinic reviews and approves every health page before it goes live. We don’t give medical advice.

We have a telehealth program. Can you market it?

Yes, with one step first for the ads. In the US and Canada, telehealth that prescribes needs LegitScript certification and Google’s own before its ads can run, and the application is in your clinic’s name. In the meantime, the telehealth pages can be found in search and AI answers like any other page on your site.

How do you handle patient information?

Protecting patient information is the clinic’s legal duty: HIPAA in the United States, and PIPEDA and provincial laws such as Ontario’s PHIPA in Canada. We know these rules and advise on them as part of the work. A typical WordPress site and its hosting are not set up for health information, so we plan how inquiries are collected and stored: HIPAA-compliant hosting and form tools where they are needed, forms that keep patient details off the website, and lead handling that keeps health information out of ad and analytics platforms.

How soon will we see more new patients?

Google Ads can bring new patient requests in the first weeks once the account is set up and the ads are approved; a service that needs certification waits until it comes through. SEO, Business Profiles and AI answers build over several months. Your monthly report shows new patient requests by source and location from the first month.

Who owns the accounts, the website and the logins?

You do. The ad account is in your clinic’s name, and you pay Google directly. The website, the domain and the logins are yours, and the call tracking, forms and reports stay yours if we part ways.

We already run Google Ads. Can you look at the account?

Yes, for clinics with several locations. Send your website through the presence check, tell us when we reply, and with read-only access we add a review of the account, including any disapprovals, to your scorecard.

What does men's health clinic marketing cost?

Our monthly fee starts at $3,500 (USD), and the exact fee depends on the services, the number of locations and the areas you cover. Ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly, with no markup. Our pricing page explains how we price our work. To start, send us your website through the online presence check on this page.
