Free, from us
Free marketing audit: what you get and when it arrives
Send us your website and we email you a scorecard within two business days. Senior living operators can ask for an AI visibility audit of up to ten communities, sent within five business days. Roman reads every report before it goes out, and there is nothing to pay.
Two reports
Which one is yours
Both are a free digital marketing audit, read from the outside the way a customer or a family would find you. Neither needs a login or any time from your team beyond the form.
The scorecard is free for any business. Our engagements suit businesses that can put $3,500 a month or more into our fee, plus ad spend where ads are in the plan: usually companies with two or more locations and senior living operators with five or more communities. If that’s not you yet, the report still lists the fixes you can make yourself.
Online presence scorecard, for any business
- You send: your website and an email address.
- We check six areas: your Google Business Profile, reviews and rating, AI answers, search rankings, website speed and listings.
- You get: a score out of 100 for each area, an overall score and the three fixes to make first.
- When: by email within two business days.
AI visibility audit, for senior living operators
- You send: your communities, one per line with the town (for example: Cedar Bend, Plano TX), or your website.
- We check, for each community: whether Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name it for its town and care types, and who they name instead; its Business Profile and reviews next to the communities that are named; which referral sites show above it; who runs ads on its name and on its searches.
- You get: one page per community and a summary of what to fix first.
- When: by email within five business days, for up to ten communities. Fewer than five? A one-page snapshot of your main community within two business days.

A sample scorecard
This is the email a heating and cooling company in Dayton, OH would get. The company is invented; the format is the one we send.
Overall: 63 out of 100
| Area | Score | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | 82 | Profile found, with the right main category and a link to the website. Opening hours are set but holiday hours are not, and it has 5 photos (10 or more earns full marks). |
| Reviews and rating | 75 | 4.8 from 95 reviews. The three companies at the top of the map results have about 190 reviews each, twice as many. |
| AI answers | 30 | ChatGPT named five companies for “best heating and cooling companies in Dayton, OH” and four for “my furnace stopped working in Dayton, OH, who should I call?”. This one was in neither answer; it came up only when we asked about it by name. |
| Search rankings | 60 | Map results: in the top three for all three searches. Regular results: 6th for “furnace repair Dayton” and not on page one for the other two. |
| Website speed | 69 | Google’s mobile test scores the homepage 69. The large photo at the top loads last. |
| Listings consistency | 60 | Yelp shows an old phone number and there is no Bing Places listing. BBB and Facebook match the website. |
Fix these first
- Correct the phone number on Yelp and BBB, and claim the Bing Places listing.
- Ask customers for a review after each job. Google’s rules bar gifts or discounts in return, so ask plainly.
- Give each main service its own page that names the towns you cover, so search results and AI answers have something of yours to cite.
Sample scorecard. Every reading comes from searches run signed out on one day, so treat it as that day’s picture.

A sample audit page
One page from an audit of an invented operator’s communities. The real report has one page like this for each community, after a one-page summary.
Summary row
| Community | Named in AI answers | Map results for “assisted living Lancaster, PA” | Referral sites above it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sample community, Lancaster, PA | 2 of 8 prompts | 5th | 2 |
Sample community, Lancaster, PA (assisted living and memory care)
| What we checked | What we found |
|---|---|
| AI answers | Named in 2 of 8 prompts: Google’s AI Overview for “assisted living in Lancaster, PA”, and ChatGPT for the dementia question. Gemini and Perplexity did not name it. Named instead: three other communities, listed by name in the real report. |
| Sources the answers linked | 3 communities’ own websites, 5 referral sites, 1 state agency page. |
| Business Profile and reviews | 4.2 from 37 reviews. The communities that were named average 4.6 from 112. The profile has 9 photos and no memory care in its description. |
| Referral sites | For “assisted living Lancaster, PA”, two referral sites rank above the community’s own page. |
| Ads | One referral site runs ads on the community’s name. Three advertisers run ads on “assisted living Lancaster PA”. |
| First fix | Give memory care its own page on the community’s website, with the care it offers in plain words. ChatGPT’s answers to the dementia question linked communities’ own sites more often than referral sites in our six-town test. |

Questions
Before you send it
Is it really free?
Yes. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign, and the report is yours to keep and use with anyone.
What do you need from us?
For the scorecard, your website and an email address. For the audit, your communities with their towns, or your website, and a work email. We don’t need logins, and nobody on your team has to do anything else.
How long does it take?
The scorecard arrives within two business days. The audit takes up to five business days for up to ten communities; with fewer than five communities, you get a one-page snapshot of your main community within two business days.
Will someone call me?
No, unless you ask. We send the report by email and answer questions by email. The phone field on the audit form is optional.
Who is each report for?
The scorecard is for any business with a website. The audit is for senior living operators: up to ten communities, or a one-page snapshot of your main community if you run fewer than five. Our engagements suit businesses that can put $3,500 a month or more into our fee, plus ad spend where ads are in the plan. Smaller businesses still get the full report and the fixes they can make on their own.
Does the scorecard cover our Google Ads?
No. It reads what anyone can see: your profile, reviews, AI answers, rankings, speed and listings. The senior living audit notes who runs ads on your community’s name and searches, but neither report looks inside an ads account.
Who sees what we send?
Our team and Roman. We use your details only to prepare your report and to contact you about it.
How do you check AI answers?
The same way we ran our six-town test of assisted living and memory care answers: signed out, a new chat for each question, the town and state in every prompt, the date recorded. The test, published November 3, 2026, is here: what AI answers name for assisted living and memory care in six towns.
