Plumbing marketing agency
Plumbing marketing for multi-truck plumbing and drain companies
We help plumbing, drain and sewer companies with several trucks get more calls for the jobs they want, from Google search, Google Maps, paid search and AI answers. Every call is tracked back to its source and, where your CRM records the booking, to the job it became. Dr. Pipe, a drain and plumbing company, has worked with us for 18 years.
Why plumbing
What plumbing marketing has to get right
Our second client was a plumbing company, Dr. Pipe, and it has stayed with us for 18 years. Plumbing marketing works when it brings the right calls at the right hours and shows which of them became paying jobs.
Emergency calls and planned jobs
A burst pipe at 2 am and a sewer line replacement booked for next week start with different searches, at different hours, and are worth different amounts. We plan the pages, the ads and the hours for each kind of job.
Counted in calls and booked jobs
Every call and form carries its source. Where your CRM or booking software records the job, the report shows which calls became paying work. Rankings and visits are in the report too, under the calls and jobs.
Built for companies with several trucks
We work best with plumbing and drain companies that run two or more trucks or more than one location. The plan covers each town your trucks serve and the Business Profile of each location.
The problem
When the phone goes quiet between emergencies
A cold snap or a storm fills the schedule for a week. The weeks in between are harder to fill, and it is hard to tell which marketing brought the jobs that paid.
Signs your plumbing marketing needs work
Slow weeks between busy ones
Calls come in waves with the weather, and nothing steady fills the quiet weeks.
Leads shared with other plumbers
Bought leads often reach several companies at once, so each job turns into a race to call back first or quote lowest.
Small calls instead of big jobs
Most calls are quick repairs, while the sewer, trenchless and water heater jobs you want go to another company.
Another plumber above you on the map
People nearby see a company with more reviews or a fuller profile before they see you.
No idea which calls became jobs
Calls arrive from the website, Google Maps, ads and lead services, and no one can say which of them turned into paying work.
What we do
Our plumbing marketing services
We choose the mix with you, from the jobs you want, the towns you serve and your budget. Each service has its own page with the details.
SEO for plumbers
A service page for each job you want more of, such as sewer line replacement, trenchless repair, drain cleaning and water heaters, and an area page for each town your trucks serve, so you rank for the searches that book paying jobs.
Google Maps and Business Profile
A complete Business Profile for each location, with the right plumbing categories, services, photos and hours, run together with your SEO so the map and the website tell Google the same thing.
Google Ads for plumbers
Search campaigns for emergency calls and for planned jobs, scheduled to the hours your team answers and measured on calls and booked jobs. The ad account is yours, and you pay Google directly.
Local Services Ads
Google’s pay-per-lead ads with the Google Verified badge, with only the plumbing job types and towns you want switched on and a rating on every lead.
Reviews
A review request after every job and a reply on Google and the other review sites we look after, so the rating people see next to your name keeps up with your work.
Websites for plumbers
A fast site that works on any phone, shows your number on every screen and sends every form with its source, and every call too where our call tracking runs alongside. The site, the domain and the logins are yours.
Call tracking and booked jobs
A tracked number for each source. Where your CRM can take new leads, each call and form goes in with its source, so the report shows which calls became jobs.
AI answers
When someone asks Google’s AI answers or ChatGPT for a plumber nearby, we work to have your company named, using your site, your profile and your reviews.
Process
How we start with a plumbing company
-
Discovery
We start with the jobs you want more of, the towns your trucks cover, how many calls your team can take, who answers at night, and the marketing and accounts you have today.
-
Read what brings calls today
For each page of your site and each source, we look at the main search it shows up for and the calls and forms it brings. Where your records show bookings, we add the jobs.
-
Fix the base
We give each source its own tracked number, complete the Business Profile of each location, and add or rewrite the service pages for your biggest jobs and the area pages for your towns.
-
Run and tune
We run the services we agreed on and check them every week: new search terms, lead ratings, missed calls and the pages people land on. Searches that never book a job are taken out of the ads.
-
Report every month
Each month you see calls and forms by source for each location, the sewer and water heater jobs booked where your CRM records them, and what changed.
Reporting
What your monthly report shows
Each month you get a report for every location: calls and forms by source and, where your CRM records the booking, the sewer and water heater jobs your team booked from them. No one can guarantee a number of calls or the top spot on the map. What we promise is the work, done well, and an honest report on whether it's paying off.

What changed
- The sewer line replacement page went live in August, and calls from Google search about sewer work rose from 5 to 9 a month.
- Two calls asked about irrigation, a job the company doesn't do, so those searches are now out of the ads.

What it's like working with us
Watch Maxim's review
“We've been working with RomanZ Media Group for 18 years and we just want to say thank you for Profitable Marketing… and for 30 years more”
Watch Segev's review
“…Their dedication and attention to detail is impeccable. They are the best marketing company I tried, and I tried a few. I would highly recommend them.”
Big brands, multiple stakeholders and approvals

“While I was Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Canada, Roman and I worked together on the Mondelez account. Roman showed technical expertise in SEO while understanding the marketing goals of the campaign. Most importantly, he demonstrated the ability to deliver results while working on a project with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders. If you have an SEO-related project, I would highly recommend them.”
More from our clients
A very professional and dedicated company! Roman and his staff is exceptional and always willing to help and optimize the service provided.
Our company decided to try a new ad campaign to improve our conversion rate. Frankly, I was starting to get discouraged with crazy PPC prices. Roman not only explained all the benefits of different types of advertising but also chose the most effective one for our business. The results of our PPC campaign were good enough for us to sign a long-term contract with them. They are all about ROI.
I needed to create a website for my project, but I didn’t think it would be so difficult to find someone who would provide good service. Roman's team, however, did an excellent job and was right on schedule. Our website is now even better than I had hoped to see. Their work was outstanding!
Hire them to help with the website and YouTube Promotion. After years of working with "music promoters" they were a breath of fresh air. Finally our subscribers started to grow and we could see actual effect of marketing, not just paid views.
FAQ
Questions plumbing owners ask about marketing
Which plumbing companies do you work with?
Plumbing, drain and sewer companies in the USA and Canada that run two or more trucks or more than one location, including plumbing companies that also do heating and cooling. Our plans are built for companies that size. If you run one truck, a complete Google Business Profile and a steady flow of reviews are usually the best place to start, and you can do both yourself. Our home services marketing page covers the other local trades we work with.
Have you worked with plumbing companies before?
Yes. Dr. Pipe, a drain and plumbing company, was our second client and has worked with us for 18 years; its CEO, Maxim Osadchyi, talks about it in his video on this page. Dr. Pipe and Natan Plumber are in our home services portfolio.
Do you work with plumbers in the USA?
Yes. We work with home service companies in the USA and Canada. Our plumbing projects so far are in Canada and Israel, and our home services portfolio includes projects in Tennessee, Illinois and Nebraska.
How do you bring in more sewer, trenchless and water heater jobs?
Each of those jobs gets its own service page, written for the questions people ask before they book: what it costs, how long it takes and whether the yard gets dug up. We run ads for the searches people make when they plan the job, switch on those job types in Local Services Ads where Google offers them, and, where your CRM records them, report the booked jobs by type every month, so you can see whether the mix is changing.
We already buy leads from a lead service. Should we keep it?
Keep whatever books jobs at a cost that works for you. We put the leads you buy on the same monthly report as every other source, with the jobs they became where your CRM records them, so you can compare what a booked job costs from each one and decide.
Can you get us more emergency calls at night?
Yes, if someone answers them. We run your ads and Local Services Ads in the hours your team or answering service picks up, show your real hours on your Business Profile and site, and report the calls that went unanswered, so you can decide whether night coverage pays. Our Google Ads management page explains how we schedule and measure the campaigns.
How soon will we see more calls?
Google Ads and Local Services Ads can bring calls in the first weeks once the accounts are set up. Google Maps and SEO build over several months. Your monthly report shows calls by source from the first month, and booked jobs where your CRM records them.
Who owns the accounts, the website and the logins?
You do. The ad accounts are in your company’s name, and you pay Google directly. The website, the domain and the logins are yours, and the call tracking, forms and reports stay yours if we part ways.
What does plumbing marketing cost?
Our monthly fee starts at $3,500 (USD), and the exact fee depends on the services, the number of locations and the towns you cover. Ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly, with no markup. Our pricing page explains how we price our work. To start, send us your website through the online presence check on this page.
